You're covered by a lifetime warranty on all rigid alloy frames.

2 Year Warranty

Warranty covers SUNN engineered parts as well as parts from original component manufacturers. The warranty only covers material and processing defects that already existed on delivery.

Spare and wear parts such as drivetrain components (chain and cassette), paintwork, bearings or cables are not covered by the SUNN warranty, nor is any damage caused by external factors from accidental damage, using the bike beyond it’s intended use or reasonable wear and tear.

5 Year Guarantee

We offer a 5 year Guarantee on carbon frames, semi-rigid aluminium frames, and full suspended frames. The guarantee covers material and processing defects that existed from delivery of the bike. Wear and tear is not covered. 

To make a claim you must be the original owner of the bike and the cost of shipping (and customs if applicable) and rebuilding is covered by the owner.
